10 must-read blogs (if you ask me)

 When you're a blogger yourself, you probably also enjoy reading blogs of others.
So do I. I love to read blogs of other creative people and be inspired by it, learn from their blogging style and get to know the blogger behind the posts.
 The best way to find blogs you might like, is to see in the sidebar of a blog you follow. Or check out who's commenting on that blog, many times people add a link to their own blog if they have one.
 A lot of bloggers also share blogs of others in their posts.
And today I will share my top 10 blogs I follow every week (in random order).

1. Flow Magazine
 Flow is in first place a magazine about mindfullness, simplifying your life and sharing a love for paper. But they also have a blog where they post interviews with creatives, share great webshops and give some 'behind the scenes' info about the magazine.

2. Tasselflower blog
 This blog is hosted by Mervi, my blogsister from Finland. She blogs about how to use (or not use) social media, gives some marketing and blogging advice, shares things about her life, designs a printable calendar each month and pops up a song on her blog each week. Oh, and she shares some great blogs in the section Weblove!

3. Heartmade
 This blog, by Mayi Carles, is simply an explosion of energy and great posts about blogging and stuff.
 Every Friday Mayi shares her sparkling personality with you during Friday Video Time, in which she talks about something that is on her heart and teaches you amazing things you should know about blogging. Mayi also has these lovely drawings all over the place, her little persons are just adorable.
 She calls herself 'your Pocket-size Biz Fairy', and let me tell you, she really is.

4. Cornflower Blue Studio
 As Rachel, the owner of this blog, says herself: 'Cornflower Blue Studio is a blog about creating a fresh, simple, beautiful life filled with special details.  My goal is to help readers add fullness and joy to their everyday activities through DIY projects, craft skills, healthy recipes, and lovely photos.  I believe that everyone should love their home, practice creativity, and feel inspired.'' And that's exactly what she does for me.

5. The Last day of Spring
 This blog by Marlous is mainly in Dutch, but provides some English translations below the posts. She blogs about many things, like recipes, design and homedecoration, stationery (yay!) and her life. The diversity of blogpost is great, there's something cool or inspiring to be found in every post.

6. Anna Denise
 I already featured her last week in the blog post with 5 amazing 365 day projects, but she also has a blog on which Anna Denise shares her work and things that are going on in her life. Her pictures and drawings are colorful and inspirational.

7. Blacksburg Belle
 Another great blog about blogging and having a creative business. Every Wednesday April Bowles-Olin shares a bit of her wisdom with you. I've learned a lot from those videos. Besides that she also shares DIY projects, fashion posts, recipes and other stuff from her personal life.

8. Caatjes Artsy Stuff
 Caatje is a Dutch woman who lives on one of the islands in the north. She shares lovely pictures of her life & the nature around her and she's a fanatic art journaller. She shows many pictures of her colorful creations and tells you stories behind them. Very nice!

9. Landy See, Landy Do
 This blog contains some lovely DIY projects, recipes and printables. It's a pleasure for the eye and heart to visit this place.

10. Keri Smith
 You might know Keri from her book 'Wreck this Journal' and such. She also has a blog where she shares snippets about her life and such. Go see her drawings, inspirations, journals and projects.

 Als je zelf een blogger bent, vind je het waarschijnlijk ook leuk om blogs van anderen te lezen.
Ik ben daarop zeker geen uitzondering. Ik lees graag blogs van andere creatievelingen en laat me erdoor inspireren, leer van hun blogstijlen en leer de bloggers achter de posts kennen.
 De beste manier om blogs te vinden die je leuk zou kunnen vinden, is om in de sidebar te kijken van een blog die je volgt. Of kijk eens naar wie er heeft gereageerd op het blog, vaak voegen mensen een link naar hun eigen blog toe.
 En veel blogger delen in hun blogposts blogs van anderen.
En vandaag ga ik mijn top 10 blogs met jullie delen, die ik elke week volg (in willekeurige volgorde).


1. Flow Magazine
 Flow is in de eerste plaats een tijdschrift over mindfullness, je leven versimpelen en het delen van de liefde voor papier. Maar ze hebben ook een blog waar ze interviews met creatieven posten, leuke webshops delen en soms een kijkje achter de schermen bij het tijdschrift geven.

2. Tasselflower blog
 Dit blog is van Mervi, mijn blogzusje uit Finland. Ze blogt over hoe je social media kunt gebruiken (of hoe juist niet), geeft marketing en blog advies, deelt dingen over haar leven, ontwerpt elke maand een printable kalender en deelt elke week een liedje op haar blog. Oh, en ze heeft een mooie lijst met blogs gemaakt in het gedeelte Weblove!

3. Heartmade
 Dit blog, door Mayi Carles, is simpelweg een explosie van energie en geweldige posts over bloggen enzo.
 Elke vrijdag deelt Mayi haar sprankelende persoonlijkheid met jou tijdens Friday Video Time, waarin ze vertelt over iets wat haar na aan het hart ligt en leert je fantastische dingen die je moet weten over bloggen. Mayi heeft ook van die leuke tekeningetjes op haar blog, haar kleine poppetjes zijn te schattig.
 Ze noemt zichzelf 'your Pocket-size biz Fairy', en laat me je vertellen, dat is ze ook.

 Zoals Rachel, de eigenaar van dit blog, zelf zegt: 'Cornflower Blue Studio is een blog over je leven makkelijk en mooi maken, gevuld met bijzondere details. Mijn doel is om lezer te helpen volheid en vreugde toe te voegen aan hun leven van alledag door DIY projects, creatieve vaardigheden, gezonde recepten en mooie foto's. Ik geloof dat iedereen van zijn thuis moet houden, creativiteit moet oefenen en zich geïnspireerd zou moeten voelen.' En dat is precies wat zij doet voor mij.

5. The Last day of Spring
 Dit blog, door Marlous, gaat over veel dingen, zoals recepten, design en decoratie in je huis, stationary (yay!) en haar leven. De diversiteit aan blogposts is geweldig, er zit iets cools of inspirerends in elke post.

6. Anna Denise
 Ik heb haar vorige week ook al genoemd in de blogpost met 5 mooie 365 dagen projecten, maar ze heeft ook een blog waarop Anna Denise haar werk en dingen in haar leven deelt. Haar foto's en tekeningen zijn kleurrijk en inspirerend.

7. Blacksburg Belle
 Nog een fantastische blog over bloggen en het hebben van een creatieve zaak/business. Elke woensdag deelt April Bowles-Olin een beetje van haar wijsheid met je. Ik heb veel geleerd van haar video's. Daarnaast deelt ze ook DIY projecten, mode posts, recepten en andere dingen uit haar persoonlijke leven.

8. Caatjes Artsy Stuff
 Caatje is een Nederlandse die woont op Vlieland. Ze deelt prachtige foto's van haar leven & de natuur om haar heen en ze is een fanatiek art journaller. Ze laat veel foto's zien van haar kleurrijke creaties en vertelt je de verhalen erachter. Erg leuk!

9. Landy See, Landy Do
 Dit blog bevat een aantal leuke DIY projecten, recepten en printables. Het is een plezier voor het oog en hart om dit blog te bezoeken.

10. Keri Smith
 Misschien ken je Keri van haar boek 'Wreck this Journal' enzo. Ze heeft ook een blog waar ze dingen uit haar leven deelt en meer. Ga maar eens kijken naar haar tekeningen, inspiraties, journals en projecten.
