Already quite a while ago I've gotten introduced to the world of washitape. It's japanese papertape with all different kinds of colors and patterns on it.
And now I've become the owner of 8 rolls of washitape myself and I absolutely love it!
I had earlier seen a blogpost in which it showed the idea of using washitape to mark all cords and cables that you have hanging around these days. One for your phone, 2 for your photocamera, 1 for the e-reader and so on.

Great idea right?!? And this is what I made it look like:
I now also use the washitape to make letters more colorfull and happy-looking and to pack presents.

Ik ben altijd een groot fan geweest van allerlei papierwaren. Notitieboekjes, pennen, plaknotities, enz.
Al enige tijd geleden werd in geïntroduceerd in de wereld van washitape. Dat is japanse papier-plakband in allerlei verschillende kleuren en patronen.
En nu ben ik de eigenaar van 8 rolletjes washitape en ik ben er helemaal weg van!
Ik had al eerder een blogpost bezien waarin het idee werd geshowd om washitape te gebruiken om al die kabeltjes te markeren die je tegenwoordig hebt rondslingeren. Eén voor je telefoon, twee voor je fotocamera, één voor je e-reader en ga maar door.

Goed idee, niet?!? En dit is wat ik ervan gemaakt heb:
Ik gebruik de tape nu ook voor het opvrolijken van brieven die ik verstuur en het verpakken van cadeautjes.

I've been trying to find a reason to buy washitape. It's so pretty but I hadn't found any use to it so far... Maybe I could use this to convince myself it's okay to get some. ;)
